1. Orders and Payments

•    Pricing is subject to change without notice.
•    Full payment is required before shipment unless agreed otherwise in writing.
•    We accept payments through LC at sight, Telegraphic Transfer and by company name Cheque.
2. Shipping and Delivery
•    Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
•    Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the product to the carrier.
3. Installation and Field Services
•    Field services are scheduled based on mutual agreement.
•    Customer is responsible for providing a safe and accessible working environment.
•    Delays caused by unsafe conditions or lack of access may result in additional charges.
4. Warranty
•    We offer a ONE year limited warranty on our products against defects in materials and workmanship.
•    Field services are warranted for ONE from the date of service.
•    Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or improper installation not conducted by our authorized personnel.
5. Limitation of Liability
•    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
•    Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product or service in question.

6. Intellectual Property
•    All content on this website, including logos, texts, images, and product designs, are the property of the Company or its licensors.
•    Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
7. Confidentiality
•    Any technical or business information disclosed by either party shall be treated as confidential and not shared with third parties without prior written consent.
8. Governing Law
•    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
•    Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
9. Modifications
•    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
•    Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
